Our cancellation terms vary by service:
#TeamPupStrut: Please provide notice prior to 6pm the day before. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
Staycations & Pop-In Visits: Cancellations require 4 weeks’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellations within 2 weeks may be charged in full. Holiday periods are subject to full charges due to high demand.
Live-In Services: Due to limited availability, cancellations must be made 6 weeks in advance. Shorter notice may result in loss of deposit or full charges, unless the spot can be filled.
