Sometimes plans change, and that’s okay! Whether it’s a surprise vacation or a last-minute change of heart (or paw 🐾), we understand. Just take a moment to check out our cancellation policies below so we can keep things running smoothly for everyone—two-legged and four-legged alike!

To reserve your pet's overnight snuggle sessions, we ask for a 50% deposit up front. This helps us keep things fair and make sure your furry friend gets the VIP treatment they deserve! 🐶🐱

Once that deposit is in, your dates are officially booked and held just for you—no take-backs from other hopeful paws. Thanks for helping us plan ahead and keep tails wagging! We hold your dates for 48 hours.


Life can get busy, and sometimes your pup needs to hit paws on their walk. No problem! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

Same-day cancellations (or no-shows) are subject to the full walk charge—our walkers (and your pup!) were already lacing up their sneakers! 🐾

We know sometimes nature calls suddenly—but for any last minute late-night potty stops, we kindly ask that bookings be made before 6 PM. After that, our phones clock out for the evening (just like us!), and we won’t be monitoring messages.

Plan ahead and we’ll make sure your pup gets their moonlight stroll! 🌙🐾

To lock in your pet’s staycation with us, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This guarantees your spot and gets tails wagging on our end! 🐾

The remaining balance is due on the day your pet sitting begins—no surprises, just snuggles.

Need to cancel? We totally understand!

  • Cancel within two months and we’ll return your deposit minus 20% of the total service cost (to cover our paw-perwork and planning).
  • Cancel within two weeks of your booking, and we’ll retain the full deposit, since we’ve likely turned away other furry guests to save your spot.

If your pup needs a little vacation from their regular struts—whether it’s a week of couch surfing or a month-long nap—we totally get it! 🐾💤

To hold their spot on our weekly walk schedule (because spots are limited and paws are in high demand!), we charge 40% of your average walk costs during the break. Think of it as a little “paw-seervation fee” to make sure your pup can jump right back in when they’re ready to trot again!
